Booking Policies
Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will not be able to transfer the retainer.

A 75% non-refundable retainer is required to rebook after a late cancellation.
Late/ No-Show

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

After 10 minutes, the appointment is a no-call / no-show.

No-shows will not be allowed to reschedule a future appointment.
Confirmation

Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the confirmation text.
Emergencies

Emergencies must be communicated.

Fees may be waved at my discretion for non-repetitive situations.
Service Changes

You are responsible for the full service booked, even if you choose to remove part of it at your appointment.
Retainer & Card on File

A card on file and 50% service fee retainer are required to book.

Retainers are non-refundable but transferable with 48+ hours notice.
Guests

No additional guests allowed.
