Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
•If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let me know as soon as possible.
•If you notify me less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay half of your service fee upfront when rebooking. This payment will be non-refundable.
•If you no-call no-show your scheduled appointment you will not be able to rebook with Amaryllis Aesthetics unless you pay your full service fee upfront. This payment will be non-refundable.
•You are allowed 10 minutes of grace for being late to your appointment, after 10 minutes your appointment will be considered a no call no show and it will be cancelled.
•A nonrefundable deposit will be required for Saturday appointments. This deposit will be put toward your service fee! The deposit will 25% of your service fee.
•You have 24 hours after you receive your confirmation text to confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours of you receiving the confirmation text then your appointment will be cancelled. In order to rebook with Amaryllis Aesthetics you will be required to put down a non refundable deposit that is 25% of your service fee.
•Please be aware that I only accept payment in the forms of cash, venmo, check and debit card.
